Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Contact us
If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, your data will be stored for six months to process your request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They cause no harm.
We use cookies to make our service user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.
If you do not wish this, you can configure your browser to inform you about the use of cookies and only allow this on a case-by-case basis.
If you disable cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Web Analytics
Our website uses features of the web analytics service Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Cookies are used to analyze how users use the website. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there.
You can prevent this by configuring your browser to prevent cookies from being saved.
We have concluded a corresponding contract for order data processing with the provider.

Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymized [e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits]. This means that only a rough localization is possible.
The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (in the case of the US: “Privacy Shield”).

Data processing is based on the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
Our objective within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our services and our website. Because the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized.
User data is retained for a period of 14 months.

Your rights
You generally have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, revocation, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Data Protection Authority.
